Every cut opens with a thorough consultation. We talk about how you wear your hair, how much time you actually want to spend on it in the morning, and where you want to take it. Then we cut.

New guest, or a big change?
We book haircuts for a full hour for new clients and for anyone planning to dramatically change their cut or style, or remove significant length. Tell our guest care team when you book so they can schedule the time.
Thick, long, or textured hair
Some hair types simply need more time in the chair. When that is the case we schedule the extra time, and the haircut price reflects it.
Want a flat iron or curling iron finish?
Let us know when you book. Hot tool finishing adds time to your service, so it carries an additional charge.
Running late?
If you think you will be more than 15 minutes behind, let our guest care team know. We are happy to move you to another stylist or a different day so you can enjoy your whole appointment without feeling rushed!
