That’s why we begin every service with a thorough consultation to find out your specific needs, daily routine, and share our professional advice and styling tips. Whether it’s your first time with us or your 100th time with us we make sure we chat about your hair goals and concerns. This ensures you leave with a cut you love.
What to Expect
Whether you are wanting a big change or just want to maintain the cut you already have, we are excited to have you in our chair! During our time together, you will receive not only a haircut, but a relaxing shampoo, a complimentary stress relieving treatment and a customized guidance plan including at-home care, salon maintenance and product recommendations. We know you will leave with a flawless style you love!
Things to know before booking

We book our haircut appointments for 1 hour for new clients and 45 minutes for existing clients. If you are looking for a big change let our guest care team know so they can book accordingly.
Do you like finishing your blow-dry service with a flat iron or curling iron? If so, let us know when booking. Hot tool services are an additional charge as they add time to your haircutting service.
Please note that some hair types require additional time, such as thicker, longer or more textured. In these instances the haircut must be scheduled for additional time and will be reflected in the haircut price.If you’d like to have your hair styled with heat tools such as a Flat Iron or Curling Iron please request this at the time of booking and we will accommodate your request. An additional charge of $25 will be added to the service price.
If you think you will be later than 15 minutes please let our guest care team know and we will be happy to reschedule you for another day so you can enjoy your entire appointment without feeling rushed or stressed!
