A consistent paycheck that does not disappear with cancellations or slow days. We cover part of your Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance every month, plus six weeks of paid maternity leave and two weeks of paid paternity leave. You also earn paid time off to rest and recharge.
We believe in work-life balance. Most shifts are only seven hours, leaving plenty of time for life outside work. We will not shuffle your schedule week to week or put you on call.

We do not work for free, and we do not expect you to either. Apprentices earn while they train.
Still in cosmetology school? Our paid internship works around your class schedule at part-time hours, and no prior salon experience is needed. You assist our stylists, get a real feel for salon life, and figure out what kind of salon fits you best. Earn money while you learn, and if it is a fit, there is a spot to join the team after you graduate.
Fresh out of school and ready to grow? Our apprenticeship builds on your skills and helps you become a confident professional. Experienced and looking for a new home?
