How a team salon works
And why it changes your appointment
One team, every chair
We work as one group, not as separate businesses under the same roof. A stylist, a colorist, and an educator can all have a hand in the same appointment.
We train each other
Our own educators run advanced classes all year, on salon time. When one of us learns a new technique, it does not stay with one chair. It spreads.
Your favorite, or anyone else
We know you have your favorite stylist or colorist, and we would never make you see anyone else. But if they are ever on vacation or out sick, you have the option to see someone else with no awkwardness. We don't mind. In fact, we encourage it.
Your formula, your notes, and the way you like your hair finished are on file with us.
