Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment or order.

We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services. This is so that we may have ample time to fill the appointment time should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior will result in a charge that is 100% of the cost of the scheduled service(s). “No Shows” are also subject to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service(s).

COVID-19 PROCEDURES

  • The new normal is keeping you and our teams safe.

  • Please come to your appointment alone. No additional guests or children at your appointment.

  • Text us at (512) 765-4427 when you arrive. We'll let you know when your service provider is ready before you enter the salon.

  • Temperature checks will be taken upon check-in. No one with a fever may receive services.

  • Please, no large handbags. Bring in only what you need and can fit in your lap. 

  • All team members and clients MUST WEAR MASKS. No exceptions. We can provide you one if needed.

  • We'll greet you verbally (no hugs or handshakes).
    Clients will be required to sanitize or wash their hands upon check-in.

  • We will not be offering beverages at this time.

  • Stress relieving treatments like hand massages will not be offered at this time.

  • Our stations will be spaced 6 feet apart to maintain distance between clients.

  • Blow dry services are paused for now to prevent the forceful movement of air and the unwanted spreading of germs.

  • Pre-service shampoos will not be performed. 

  • Please come to the salon with clean, dry hair. 

  • Shampooing will be allowed for color clients only. Shampoo area will be a no-talking area to prevent the spread of germs.

  • No cash will be accepted. We will gladly accept credit card payments.

  • Capes are washed between each client, as always.

All credit card information is confidential and secure.

We do not accept personal checks.

OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at our salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 48 hours. We will be happy to schedule a corrective service within two weeks of your original appointment date. There are no money refunds for any service provided.

RETURN POLICY

Products purchased at the salon or by mail may be returned for store credit within 15 days from the date of purchase, when accompanied by a receipt. Only products that are returned in the same condition as when purchased (including the item itself and packaging) will be accepted for store credit. There are no cash refunds, although a store credit may be applied to either products or services. Note: We do not offer refunds for personal blends products.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

Use of the Maximum FX gift certificate card constitutes acceptance of these terms.

  • Gift certificates are valid at Maximum FX only for all products and services available.

  • Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service.

  • Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.

  • Please call Maximum FX at concerning lost gift certificates, at which time the serial number must be provided for reissue.

  • Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase additional gift certificates or MFX memberships.

  • All gift certificates are non-refundable.

  • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
