You may have seen us mention our company values on social media or heard us talk about them in the salon, but what exactly are they, and where did they come from?

Back in 2009, we made a pivotal decision to shift our business model. Our goal was to cultivate a team-oriented culture, one that genuinely values its employees and fosters an environment built on respect and trust. Rather than guessing what mattered most to our team, we asked them directly.

We closed the salon for an entire day and came together to brainstorm. The result? Ten core values that would shape the way we work every day. These values have remained at the heart of our business ever since, helping us recognize our strengths, pinpoint areas for growth, and stay true to who we are as a team.
