Booking a cut and color together?
Tell our guest care team when you book. Adding gray blending or a color service needs extra time on the schedule, and we would rather build it in than rush it.
Running late?
If you think you will be more than 15 minutes behind, let our guest care team know. We are happy to move you to another stylist or a different day so you can enjoy your whole appointment without feeling rushed!
