What about me? We love you too.

Aveda, Maximum FX, Austin, Salon, SpaEvery now and again, we have clients that seem to be really upset when they find out that a new client has just visited the salon and used a promotional discount or offer of some sort.   Their comments usually go something like this, "What about me?  I'm a loyal customer.  What do you do for your loyal customers?  I've been coming to this salon for years."    We can certainly understand their frustration and we couldn't agree more.    We know that customers who are loyal to our brand are the lifeblood of our business.

It is never our intention to make our most loyal clients feel unappreciated.    Like any organization, we are always looking for ways to grow our business.   Part of that strategy is to attract and retain new clients.  This is how we grow.  In some instances, we offer incentives and referral rewards to accomplish this.

We also understand that incredible service and consistent delivery of that service is the key to keeping our existing clients happy and coming back.   The are a number of ways that we show appreciation for our raving fans.    We've taken the time to share with you some of the most popular ways our loyal clients can take advantage of various perks that we created for them.    We've included them below.

You just buy 5 of them up front and you get the sixth pedicure free.  These series packages are available for salon services as well.  Any of our Guest Care Coordinators can break it all down for you.

3. Get on the list! - We like to give away free stuff and special deals to people who like us!   We call these deals FLASH DEALS.  Check it out.

4. Follow us on Twitter, LIKE us on Facebook and subscribe to our Blog.  You'd be blown away at some of the incredible deals that we giveaway to our loyal followers and fans.

4. Frequent Waxing Program - After 5 waxing appointments, your 6th waxing service is complimentary.  And that complimentary waxing service can be any waxing service.  For example, you could come in for 5 eyebrow waxing services, and then book a bikini wax and get that one complimentary.   Seriously, no kidding!  Pretty cool huh?

5. Download Our new Rewardy App - Go to Rewardy and download the MFX app onto your smartphone. This creates a virtual punchcard that can be stored on your phone. Then, every time you spend $20.00 on products we “punch” your card. Get ten “punches” and we give you $20.00 to spend on any product you want. Available for iPhones, Android, and Blackberry!

6. Pure Privilege points - If you love Aveda products, make sure you have a Pure Privilege membership. For every dollar you spend on Aveda products, you earn ten points. This is not like getting ten thousand tickets at skee ball and turning them in for an eraser shaped like a butterfly. You can redeem your points for salon gift certificates, candles, spa vacations, etc…
