Unlike other salons and spas, we practice the highest form of team service. This means that the skills of our entire team (from our Guest Care Coordinators to our Stylists) are available to you. We don't lock you into one technician. We don't keep you on a waiting list. Meeting your needs and busy schedule is our top priority. Not every service team member is a master of all skills. Each has areas of expertise that, in combination, offer you a palette of personal image-enhancement options that is truly unrivaled. At first glance, many clients read this and think that they will be forced to see someone different every time they come in for their appointment. This is most certainly not the case. We realize in our business, that a large part of our success comes from the relationships that we form with each of our clients. That is to say, we know that our clients have their "favorite" team members that they prefer. However, we want you to know that if you can't get in because he or she is booked, or is out sick, or on vacation, that you have the option to see another team member. We do not mind, in fact we encourage it! We do not pay commissions, and we are not a booth rental salon. We know your time is valuable and we want to make it easy for you to come in and see anyone, guilt-free!
