You come to MFX for a relaxing, rejuvenating experience. You love that scalp, neck, hand and shoulder massage, along with that heavenly stress relieving treatment in the shampoo area. You're completely relaxed when you get to check-out and just want to carry this feeling throughout the rest of your day... "Would you like to reserve your next appointment?" "Your product recommendations today are..." "It'll be $55 today." Not always the way you want to end your appointment, is it?
Now at SoCo and our Circle C Ranch location, you don't have to. We have recently implemented the use of iPads to make your reservation, at-home maintenance recommendations and check-out experience that much easier!
First, reserving your next appointment at the chair is the easiest it has ever been! Previously, without the use of iPads, there were some limitations on our chair-side reservation process- and these limitations could sometimes keep our Guest Care Coordinator running back and forth between you and the computers quite a few times while trying to schedule. Now, it's one-stop booking with a complete calendar and your service history right at our fingertips. How long has it been since your last visit? What’s the third Wednesday in June? Can’t remember what weekend you have that big wedding to attend? Don’t worry, we’ve got it covered.
Second, our GCCs can now write your PUREscriptions right at your chair and get your at-home maintenance products ready for purchase even faster. Not ready to buy just yet? We can instantly add a note to your file so that our recommendations are there for another visit! For those of you who don't know what PUREscriptions are, they serve as a product recommendation sheet specialized for your hair type and styling. Just as a doctor may prescribe you medicine for a cold, our stylists will “PUREscribe” you prepping products to maintain healthy skin and hair.
Who would have thought that by using iPads, MFX would be able to serve you even better?! At your next appointment, take full advantage of our use of iPads and see how much more enjoyable it makes your entire service.
