Come see the New Talent at MFX!

It can be a bit nerve racking to see a new salon and hairstylist, and going to a New new stylist can be even more terrifying. The first thing you can't help to think when you get a fresh out of beauty school colorist is this:

We have been programmed to think that way! If I go to a new stylist I will come home looking like an Easter egg. But that isn't the case! (Unless of course you want to celebrate spring with a little pinkOur Apprentices go through a very rigorous training process and they are passionate and excited about the profession they have chosen. They can not wait to come to the salon every morning to make a guest happy. Yes they tend to have more questions then they have answers, but our educators and team leads are always there to support and guide them through every appointment.

That is one of the most amazing things about our culture at Maximum FX, we work as a TEAM. We know the only way our guest will have an amazing experience is if we all do our part to go above and beyond. Which means we are there to cheer on our newbies! When you call in and your favorite colorist is booked, see if we have an apprentice open. They will be using your custom formula and have an educator there to help them along the way.

Still not sold? I have included a little portfolio of work that our new colorists have been doing. They are amazing additions to our already kick butt teams!
